I am 30 years old and have been married to my husband for 2 1/2 years.  We own and operate a 24 hour coffee shop together in Austin, Texas.  We enjoy our two dogs and getting out-of-town together.  This was my first baby/birth.

What was your due date, and what was your baby’s birth date?

My due date was March 21st, 2012 and my baby’s birth date was exactly two weeks later on April 4th, 2012.

What was your baby’s name, weight and length?

Colin Augustus was 8 pounds, 11 ounces and 20 3/4 inches at birth.  Continue reading

Hi! I am Michelle, mother of Laurel who is currently my only child. Although we are expecting another one at the end of May! My birth experience empowered me so much that I became a doula and currently I am a birth assistant at a local birth center.

What was your due date, and what was your baby’s birth date?

Due date: July 4th. Birth Date: June 27th

What is your baby’s name, and what was their weight and length?

Laurel Katharine,  8lbs 9oz and 18.5 inches long.

My name is Rachel & I’m married to my high school sweetheart, we have two beautiful little girls that I stay home with & we hope to have more children in the future. This is the story of my first baby & first birth.

My due dates were May 5th & April 28th & our little girl arrived on April 25th.

I am a mother of five telling about my youngest child’s birth.

What was your due date, and what was your baby’s birth date?

I was due 12/22 and Rebekah was born 12/15.

What was Rebekah’s weight and length?

She weighed 7 pounds 6 inches and was 21.75 inches.  My tallest one yet!
